Rule 167. Final Account; Allowances; Distribution Upon settling the final account with the receiver, the Court may make final allowances to the receiver for the receiver’s services and expenses and for the services of the receiver’s attorneys and order the distribution by the receiver among the creditors or stockholders of the company of the moneys remaining for distribution to which they are entitled; and thereupon the receiver shall make report to the Court of the receiver’s proceedings under the order of distribution, submitting vouchers for all payments so made.
