Rule 202. Testimony on Hearing of Exceptions At a hearing on exceptions testimony shall be taken as in other causes and shall be heard by the Court or by a Magistrate in Chancery. History. Added, effective Dec. 25, 1974; amended, effective July 18, 2023.
