Rule 64. Seizing a Person or Property At the commencement of and throughout an action, every statutory and equitable remedy is available that provides for seizing a person or property to secure satisfaction of the potential judgment. The possible remedies include the following, regardless of whether a party otherwise could pursue the remedy through a separate action: • arrest; • attachment; • garnishment; • replevin; • sequestration; and • other corresponding or equivalent remedies.
