Rule 84. Court Interpreters In trials and other proceedings in the presence of a judicial officer, an interpreter shall be provided for indigent persons who have limited English proficiency or are hearing impaired. In determining indigence, the Court shall consider whether the party or parties on whose behalf the services of a court interpreter are sought would be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis under Rule 83.
