Rule 86. Effective Date of Amendments Amendments to the Rules take effect when the Chancellor specifies. An amendment governs: (a) any action filed after the effective date; and (b) any pending action unless: (1) the Chancellor otherwise specifies; or

(2) the Court determines that applying the amendment would be infeasible or unjust. History. Amended May 18, 2026, effective June 1, 2026.
