6 Del. C. § 17-905 (2026)

If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limited partnership was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described have changed, making the application false in any respect, the foreign limited partnership shall promptly file in the Office of the Secretary of State a certificate, executed by any person authorized to execute the certificate on behalf of the foreign limited partnership, correcting such statement, together with a fee as set forth in § 17-1107(a)(6) of this title.
