There is hereby organized a regional solid waste association under the authority of Chapter 163.01, F.S., pursuant to a properly executed interlocal agreement, which shall be known as the NEW RIVER SOLID WASTE ASSOCIATION, a voluntary association of counties consisting of Baker, Bradford and Union. The organization chart for the association shall be as shown below.
