If a Preceptor’s license becomes inactive or reverts to a delinquent status, prior to reinstatement as a Preceptor, the Preceptor must complete the six-hour preceptor training seminar set forth in Rule 64B10-16.0025, F.A.C., and pay all fees required by Rule 64B10-12.0001, F.A.C., to reactivate the license to an active status.
