Fla. Admin. Code R. 64B8-12.003 (2026)

The term “patient contact hours,” as used in Section 458.320(5)(f)2., F.S., means the number of hours during which the physician is involved in direct patient care or is performing patient care activities, including, but not limited to, completing patient records and reviewing laboratory reports.
