Burial-Transit Permit to Be Issued

Burial-Transit Permits shall be applied for electronically or on an Application for Burial-Transit Permit, DH 326, Aug. 1997, incorporated by reference, and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-06482. The paper application, DH 326, shall be submitted to the local registrar of the registration district where the death or fetal death occurred by the funeral director or subregistrar.
