250.08 Florida National Guard organized.The Governor of Florida may perform all acts, as he or she considers necessary to organize or reorganize the Florida National Guard, in conformity to federal law and the rules, regulations, and proclamations of the President of the United States or the Department of Defense relating to the National Guard of this state or the United States.
