250.375 Medical officer authorization.A servicemember trained to provide medical care who is serving under the direction of the Florida National Guard State Surgeon and is assigned to a military duty position and authorized by the Florida National Guard to provide medical care within the scope of the servicemember’s professional licensure by virtue of such duty position may provide such medical care to military personnel and civilians within this state while serving with or in support of the Florida National Guard, pursuant to federal or state orders, during an emergency or declared disaster.
