250.375 Medical officer authorization.A physician who holds an active license to practice medicine in any state, a United States territory, or the District of Columbia, while serving as a medical officer with or in support of the Florida National Guard, pursuant to federal or state orders, may practice medicine on military personnel or civilians during an emergency or declared disaster or during federal military training.
