335.06 Access roads to the state park system.—Any road that provides access to property within the state park system shall be maintained by the department if the road is a part of the State Highway System and may be improved and maintained by the department if the road is part of a county road system or city street system. If the department does not maintain a county or city road that provides access to the state park system, the road shall be maintained by the appropriate county or municipality.
