375.044 Land Acquisition Trust Fund budget request.
(1) The Department of Environmental Protection shall submit to the Legislature a 10-year comprehensive budget request for the Land Acquisition Trust Fund.
(2) The legislative budget request shall be submitted to the Executive Office of the Governor and the Legislature in conjunction with the provisions of ss. 216.023, 216.031, and 216.043. The 10-year request shall include, but need not be limited to:
(a) A 10-year annual cash-flow analysis of the Land Acquisition Trust Fund.
(b) Forecasts of anticipated revenues to the Land Acquisition Trust Fund.
(c) The estimate of the agency of Land Acquisition Trust Fund encumbrances and commitments for each year and the corresponding estimates of expenditures.
