F.S. 413.041413.041 Eligible blind persons; placement in vending facilities in public places.—For the purpose of assisting blind persons to become self-supporting, the Division of Blind Services is hereby authorized to carry on activities to promote the employment of eligible blind persons, including the licensing and establishment of such persons as operators of vending facilities on public property. The division may cooperate with any agency of the Federal Government in the furtherance of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to authorize the operation of stands in federal buildings by blind persons, to enlarge the economic opportunities of the blind and for other purposes,” Pub. L.
