414.55 Implementation of community work program.The Governor shall minimize the liability of the state by opting out of the special provision related to community work, as described in s. 402(a)(1)(B)(iv) of the Social Security Act, as amended by Pub. L. No. 104-193. The department and CareerSource Florida, Inc., shall implement the community work program in accordance with s. 445.024.
