F.S. 464.009464.009 Licensure by endorsement.—(1) The department shall issue the appropriate license by endorsement to practice professional or practical nursing to any applicant who, upon applying to the department and remitting a fee set by the board in an amount not to exceed $100, demonstrates to the board that he or she meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145. (2) A person holding an active multistate license in another state pursuant to s. 464.0095 is exempt from the requirements for licensure by endorsement in this section.
