625.315 Obligations of State Board of Education.—An insurer may invest in bonds or motor vehicle anticipation certificates issued by the State Board of Education of Florida under authority of s. 18, Art. XII of the State Constitution of 1885 as adopted by s. 9(d), Art. XII of the State Constitution, and the additional provisions of s. 9(d).
