631.015 Reciprocity; treatment of policyholders.—Reciprocity in the treatment of policyholders in receivership is extended to those states which, in substance and effect, enact the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Rehabilitation and Liquidation Model Act, the Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act, or the Insurer Receivership Model Act.
