Florida Statute 648.31 - Full Text and Legal Analysis

648.31 Appointment taxes and fees.—The department shall collect in advance all appointment taxes and fees for the issuance of any appointment to a bail bond agent as provided in s. 624.501. There is no fee for the issuance of any appointment to a bail bond agency.
