671.101 Short title; scope of chapter.
(1) Chapters 670-680 may be cited as the “Uniform Commercial Code.”
(2) This chapter applies to a transaction to the extent that it is governed by another chapter of this code and may be cited as the “Uniform Commercial CodeGeneral Provisions.”
