F.S. 914.12914.12 Memorandum of recognizance of witness; removal for violation.—When a county court judge recognizes a witness to appear before the grand jury, the judge shall give the witness a written memorandum stating that the witness is required to appear before the grand jury and the date when the grand jury will meet.
