947.185 Application for intellectual disability services as condition of parole.The Florida Commission on Offender Review may require as a condition of parole that any inmate who has been diagnosed as having an intellectual disability as defined in s. 393.063 shall, upon release, apply for services from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
