1000.40 Future repeal of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.—Sections 1000.36, 1000.361, 1000.38, and 1000.39 and this section shall stand repealed on July 1, 2028, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
