Call Now: 904-383-7448In addition to the expenses of inspectors as provided for in Code Section 10-1-143, there shall be allowed such further sums for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and clerical help and to pay any other expenses incident to and necessary for the enforcement of this part as may hereafter be appropriated. The Commissioner of Agriculture is constituted chief oil inspector for the purpose of the enforcement of this part.

Enforcement of former Code 1933, §§ 73-222 and 73-223 was within the power of the state oil chemist as the duly authorized agent of the Commissioner of Agriculture, who was constituted the chief oil inspector under former Code 1933, § 73-203. 1965-66 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 66-141.
