As used in this part, the term: (1) “Brake fluid” means the liquid medium through which force is transmitted in the hydraulic brake system of any motor vehicle operated in this state. (2) “Chemist” means the state oil chemist. (3) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Agriculture.
