Call Now: 904-383-7448It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association, or corporation to misrepresent the true ownership of a business for the purpose of carrying on a liquidation sale, auction sale, or other sale which represents that the firm is going out of business; and any person, firm, association, or corporation which advertises in any manner whatever a liquidation sale, auction sale, or going-out-of-business sale shall clearly state the true name and permanent address of the actual owner or owners of such business in any and all such advertising.
