ARTICLE 2 CERTIFIED PUBLIC WEIGHERS

10-2-50. Weighing leaf tobacco and livestock.

  1. On and after March 9, 1956, all leaf tobacco sold, or offered for sale, in a tobacco warehouse shall be weighed by a certified public weigher who has been licensed by the Commissioner.
  2. Livestock of any kind sold or offered for sale at any sales or auction barn shall be weighed by a certified public weigher who has been licensed by the Commissioner.
