Section 4. Warehousemen, 10-4-1 through 10-4-215.

ARTICLE 1 STATE LICENSED AND BONDED WAREHOUSES

10-4-18. Delivery to warehouse presumably for storage.

Any agricultural product delivered to a warehouse under this article shall be presumed to be delivered for storage.
