Call Now: 904-383-7448Except as provided in Code Section 11-7-601, no warehouseman conducting a warehouse under this article shall deliver any agricultural product for which a warehouse receipt has been issued by him unless the receipt has been first surrendered to him. Immediately upon delivery by him of the agricultural product, he shall cancel upon the face thereof such receipt surrendered to him.
