The 2010 amendment, effective June 3, 2010, inserted "in print or electronically" in paragraph (3).
- Department may acquire title to land lying within authorized boundaries of river or a section of a river previously designated by the General Assembly as a scenic river, but upon acquisition, the title must be transferred to another state agency designated by the General Assembly. 1970 Op.
