Call Now: 904-383-7448Any person who is a party to a proceeding and who is aggrieved or adversely affected by any final order or action of the division shall have the right to appeal to the superior court of the county of the residence of such party. Such appeal shall be by petition which shall be filed in the office of the clerk of such court within 30 days after the final order or action of the division. The enforcement of the order or action appealed from shall not be stayed unless so ordered and directed by the reviewing court. No bond or cash shall be forfeited during an appeal. Upon the filing of such petition, the petitioner shall serve a copy thereof on the director of the division in the manner prescribed by law for the service of process.
