ARTICLE 3 WELLS AND DRINKING WATER

12-5-132. Effect of part.

  1. Nothing in this part shall affect oil and gas drilling operations covered by Part 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 4 of this title.
  2. Nothing in this part shall affect the regulation of ground-water use by the division pursuant to Part 2 of this article.
