(a) Whenever a person is aggrieved or adversely affected by any action or by any order or orders of the director, or by any action or by any order or orders pursuant to authority delegated by the director, such person may request and obtain a hearing by filing a petition with

CONSERVATION & NATURAL RES.

the director no later than 30 days after such order or notice of action is served upon such person. Code Section 50-13-13 shall apply insofar as it is applicable to the administrative procedure necessary under this article.

(b) Code Sections 50-13-15 through 50-13-17 shall apply to all hearings held under this article.
