ARTICLE 1 FOREST RESOURCES

12-6-47. State Board of Registration for Foresters - Rules and regulations; seal.

  1. The board shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this state, which may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of the proceedings before it.
  2. The board shall adopt and have an official seal.
