Call Now: 904-383-7448No hazardous waste shall be transported across, within, or through this state unless it is accompanied by a manifest properly issued, completed, and filled out in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the board. The manifest shall accompany all hazardous waste from the point of generation through handling, storage, treatment, and disposal. A copy of the manifest shall be transmitted to the director as often as is required by the rules and regulations adopted by the board pursuant to this article.
