Section 10. Professional Associations, 14-10-1 through 14-10-18.

ARTICLE 2 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS FORMED PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 15, 1952

14-10-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Georgia Professional Association Act."

The 2017 amendment, effective May 9, 2017, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted "This chapter shall be known and may be cited" for "This chapter may be cited" at the beginning of this Code section.
