Call Now: 904-383-7448Any law requiring that the amount of par value of the capital stock of a corporation be stated in any certificate, report, or other instrument shall be deemed to be complied with so far as shares without par value are concerned by stating with respect to such shares the number authorized, issued, or to be issued, as the case may be, and the fact that they are without par value.
