- Judicial Council of Georgia and the Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia fell within "the judiciary," as that term was used in O.C.G.A. § 50-13-2(1) of the Administrative Procedure Act, and therefore were exempt from the coverage of the Act and immune from a suit challenging a court reporter ethics rule the board adopted.
