It is the reporter’s duty: (1) To attend all sessions of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals personally or by sending his assistant; and (2) To publish the decisions of the Supreme Court and of the Court of Appeals in accordance with Article 2 of Chapter 18 of Title 50.
