Call Now: 904-383-7448Before any expenses shall be incurred by any officer or duly authorized agent of the state for bringing back to the county where the crime was committed any fugitive from the justice of this state, who may be beyond the limits of the state, so as to become a charge upon any county where the crime was committed, the incurring of any such expense and the amount thereof shall be first authorized by the county governing authority.
