ARTICLE 4 BONDS FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR AND TO KEEP THE PEACE

17-6-113. Effect of provoking breach of bond.

If the person who required the bond provokes a violation thereof by the person who posted the bond, no recovery shall be had.
