ARTICLE 2 SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

2-6-38. Land use regulations - Binding effect.

Land use regulations adopted pursuant to Code Sections 2-6-35 and 2-6-36 by the supervisors of any district shall be binding and obligatory upon all owners and occupiers of land within such districts.
