ARTICLE 3 USE AND APPLICATION OF PESTICIDES

2-7-109. Judicial review of Commissioner's actions.

Any person aggrieved by any action of the Commissioner may obtain judicial review thereof in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
