Section 7. Plant Disease, Pest Control, and Pesticides, 2-7-1 through 2-7-204.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

2-7-5. Duty of Commissioner generally.

It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to protect the agricultural, horticultural, and other interests of the state from plant pests.
