Call Now: 904-383-7448The several county and independent school system boards of education and school superintendents are authorized and directed to accept and adopt previously obtained annuity contracts of school teachers hired from other Georgia school systems and to withhold salary deductions in accordance with such contracts, if such boards of education or school superintendents had notice or knowledge of the annuity contracts before hiring any of such teachers.
