ARTICLE 9 LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOL FINANCES

20-2-475. Interest on bonds.

The interest rate on such refunding schoolhouse bonds shall in no event exceed, but may be less than, the interest rate on the bonds for which they were issued to refund.
