ARTICLE 7 SCHOLARSHIPS, LOANS, AND GRANTS

20-3-325. Dissolution of authority.

Upon dissolution of the authority, all of its assets, rights, and property shall pass to and be vested in the state to be used for educational purposes, subject to Code Section 20-3-357.
