ARTICLE 2 SUPERVISORY BOARDS AND OFFICERS

21-2-96. Administration of oaths by managers.

Each of the managers shall have the power to administer oaths to any person claiming the right to vote or in any matter or thing required to be done or inquired into by them under this chapter.
