TITLE 25 FIRE PROTECTION AND SAFETY

Section 14. Georgia Fire Safety Standard and Firefighter Protection, 25-14-1 through 25-14-11.

ARTICLE 2 AIRPORT FIREFIGHTERS

25-14-7. Rules and regulations; inspections.

  1. The Commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 50, necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
  2. The state revenue commissioner in the regular course of conducting inspections of wholesale dealers, agents, and retail dealers, as authorized under Chapter 11 of Title 48, may inspect such cigarettes to determine if the cigarettes are marked as required by Code Section 25-14-5. If the cigarettes are not marked as required, the state revenue commissioner shall notify the Commissioner.
